clean beach friendly staff tired pool repetitive entertainment

The resort kept the beach really clean. The staff seemed friendly. i especially liked that cleanliness was a priority, as that's quite important for me. it was great.

The main pool looked a bit tired. I thought it could use some updating. This was a bit of a letdown. the entertainment felt repetitive. Seeing the same dancers daily became monotonous though i understand their effort.

my visit was fantastic! the grounds are massive. i enjoyed seeing peacocks roaming freely. the white sand beach stretch allowed total relaxation. it was a trip to remember!

reserving dining on the app was a little inconvenient, it took some getting used to..

i loved the pools! they were nice and big with areas to relax and have a good time. platinum rooms are spacious and the bathtub is really nice. beach beds at the beach were always available!

the ac in my room didn't work! they wouldn't move me to a different room because they were booked. some staff were rude:! i didn't like that.

the pools and the beach were lovely. the hotel did a decent job of cleaning the seaweed from the beach. the hotel is quite large, which we appreciated. there are multiple trails to explore.

the villa-like room included a living room. the bathroom was also amazing.

the shuttles that carry guest around the villa NEEDED improvement. the wait times are TOO long. it felt VERY frustrating to keep waiting and not KNOW when a shuttle would arrive.

i found the grounds beautifully kept. i liked the trails for walking. feeding the turtles and peacocks was nice. the beach cabanas provided great comfort and service.
